I’ve spent my career in disaster recovery, beginning with the devastating Oklahoma City tornado in 1997 and advancing to lead complex, multi-site projects spanning up to 18 months. I’ve managed as many as 35 subcontractors and 250 personnel simultaneously, coordinating rapid mobilizations and tightly scoped operations in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
